Delete your account & data
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your LK Medical account and the personal data we hold about you.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email, date of birth and profile details
- Your saved delivery addresses and family-member list
- Your cart, favourites, notifications and refill reminders
- Your login and push-notification token
What the law requires us to keep
As a licensed pharmacy, Indian drug and tax law requires us to keep certain dispensing and billing records (for example, prescription images and invoices for prescription medicines) for a fixed retention period — typically 2–3 years, and longer for some categories. During that window these records are kept for legal audit only; they are detached from your identity (your personal details are erased) and are then permanently deleted when the period ends.
Request deletion
Enter the mobile number you use to log in. To protect your account, we verify each request before deleting, so we cannot delete instantly from this page — we will confirm and complete your deletion within 7 days.
Prefer to delete instantly?
If you still have the app installed, open Profile → Settings → Delete account. That deletes straight away (a 30-day grace period lets you undo by signing back in).
